(AB™), (BC™) for thin glass tempering

The unique Tamglass boost system is designed to provide a thin glass tempering capability for Tamglass tempering furnaces.

A high pressure required for tempering thin glass 2.8 mm -3.5 mm is created by the compressor. As a main advantage of this system there is no need to increase the quenching blowers’ size for creating a sufficient air required for thin glass processing.

Compressed air is needed for only a short moment (approx. 4 sec.). During that period the glass is tempered. The cooling cycle is done by blowers.
