The Uniglass heat strengthening upgrade has been developed for producing excellent quality heat strengthened glass up to 10 mm in thickness.

Processing heat strengthened glass requires much less pressure than tempered glass. Therefore, this upgrade allows the critical point in the manufacturing process to be reached to create a sufficient stress level in the glass.

This upgrade includes a low pressure sensor and automatic change in the quenching nozzle distance to control the cooling coefficient during the heat strengthening process. A frequency converter controlled blower system is required.
