The Integrated Scanner (QMS™) provides an ideal solution for online quality monitoring of tempered safety glass.

It captures and stores process data in accordance with the Factory Production Control (FPC) standard EN 12150-2. The required monitoring data (QMS certificate) can be printed in the form of a system report.

 

The Integrated Scanner (SCA™) represents a simple and reliable way to improve process quality and yield.

It measures and visualizes temperature distribution on batch at the exit of the furnace.
