The additional heating chamber is designed to be a quick and cost-efficient modification from single-chamber to double-chamber production, providing a significant boost to total line throughput. Depending on glass type and thickness, this upgrade increases line capacity on average up to 80% with clear glasses of less than 8 mm.
The double-chamber process uses less energy per processed glass square meter than a single-chamber process. This solution also enables you to achieve enhanced optical quality, since the glass reaches the temperature stability quicker with a shorter heating time under high temperature.
